Mapleblume’s October Box: Autumn Allure

Few things say fall like pumpkin lattes (obvi!), mulled cider, lush reds and yellows and pine cones falling down everywhere. With winter now looming in the horizon (no!) it’s time to switch up your beauty routine to suit the season.

October’s Mapleblume Autumn Allure beauty box is a treasure! It’s the second time I have tried this box and I love it, even more, this time around.

This month, I received two sumptuous products from the much-celebrated line Vapour Organic Beauty.

The Halo Illuminator is very soft and feminine. It highlights the cheeks beautifully and I love the fact that it’s in stick form, which makes the application super easy.  I apply it on the upper cheekbone. It’s got a lovely texture. This is a pretty pricey product at $47, you are getting so much value by opting for a box like this.

Vapour’s Mesmerize Eye Colours are beautiful.  I am still learning how to apply eyeshadow in a stick form. LOL. But I do like the texture and the ease it glides on.

The Rosehip BioRegenerate Oil from Pai is simply divine.

I’ve used it before and loved it. It’s an excellent dry oil. Hydrates and nourishes without a greasy feeling. My face feels plump and supple. A little goes a long way. I use it either before or mixed in my hydrating cream and sometimes alone. It brightens and gives my skin a healthy glow.

“Sourced via supercritical extraction (a more expensive but gentler process than cold-pressing) to ensure a fresher, long-lasting blend of Rosehip Fruit and Seed oil, the deeply conditioning formula helps to restore balance and improve the appearance of sensitive skin. Rich in Omegas to help regenerate without irritation, the luxurious, deep orange oil is packed with more benefits than cold-pressed Rosehip Seed oil; it delivers skin healing properties and protective antioxidants to defend against damaging environmental aggressors.”

Inlight Beauty Facial Cleaner, I have not tried this brand before, but I really really like it.

Absolutely great product to be used every day to keep the skin clean and soft. Excellent to remove mascara. With a very small amount well spread the creamy texture melts into a fluid and it is wonderful! Definitely, a product to recommend. It also smells like a dream! It’s a luxurious product with hero ingredients like lavender, and cypress.

The last product is this hero box is the Alert (need this) Eye Cream from Lavido.

I have been using this eye cream for about 2 weeks now and really love it. It has really helped smooth the skin around my eyes, I’ve used it with concealer, it doesn’t crease, which I really appreciate.

Each Mapleblume box has at least five full-size or deluxe sample-size products inside. They ensure that every box contains a balanced combination of skincare and cosmetics products that work well together. With the subscription, you will receive a brand new box featuring new products every two months.

When you factor in the fact that if you purchased all these items it would cost you almost $250, at $120 for this box, its a bargain.
