Our skin is amazing. It’s alive and dynamic and it protects our body from so many things. Toxins, pollution, and sweat, just to name a few. Our skin is also a reflection of what we eat and drink, so feeding it the good stuff is the key to supple, hydrated, beautiful skin.

But, so many of the products that we use to help our skin are actually making it worse. That’s thanks to cheap, petroleum-based synthetic chemicals that are used in conventional skincare. Plant oils, which are growing in popularity,  are great aids when it comes to healing the skin.
