I love this air freshener idea. 2 questions: how much water did you use for those proportions? I watched it 3 times and did not see this. Also, does the baking sofa dissolve? I’m worried it will leave that powdery residue wherever it lands.

Thank you for your note, the instructions are on the video, but I am happy to help.
You need to use 120z of water.
2-3 drops of essential oils and 1 tbsp of baking soda.
Yes, the baking soda will dissolve, make sure you shake the bottle before you spray. It will not leave a residue.
